Stacking
Timing your stack: morning vs evening
A practical guide to when common supplement categories tend to fit best — without overcomplicating your day.
Timing will not rescue a poorly chosen product, but it can make a good stack easier to stick with. Group supplements by when you are most likely to take them consistently.
Stimulating or focus-oriented products usually fit earlier in the day. Minerals like magnesium and nighttime botanicals often fit better in the evening. Fat-soluble ingredients may pair well with a meal that includes dietary fat.
If your routine requires six different clocks, simplify. Consistency beats perfect timing. Use a morning block and an evening block, then adjust only when a specific ingredient clearly conflicts with sleep or stomach comfort.
