Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how San Diego Supplements fulfills and delivers orders placed through our store.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods or low-stock situations, processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships (when tracking is available).

Shipping methods & rates

• Available carriers and rates are shown at Shopify checkout.
• Free shipping thresholds (if offered) are displayed in cart and checkout.
• We ship to addresses accepted by our carriers at checkout. Some remote locations may have limited options or surcharges.

Tracking

When a shipment includes tracking, we share it by email and it may also appear in your Shopify Customer Account order history. Carrier scan times can vary; please allow time for tracking to update after the shipping confirmation.

Delivery issues

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors and your carrier first. Contact us promptly with your order number so we can help investigate. Risk of loss generally passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered, except where required otherwise by law.

International

If we enable international shipping, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance. Delivery times and restrictions vary by destination.
